Does this look like a normal wisdom tooth extraction site or does it look like a dry socket? I had mine removed today and I'm paranoid as hell lol. All my other ones feel fine but this one hurts way worse than the other and it has all that white on it.

Idk what dry socket looks like. But I had it and it was incredibly painful. Don't suck through straws or anything for a good amount of time until the wound heals, it can make it worse.

I would also call your oral surgeon or dentist. When I had it, they filled your gum pockets with a special substance that tastes and smells awful, but the pain was gone in five minutes and it was great.

That's definitely a dry socket, not sure why they didn't put sutures.

Call your dentist clinic and book an emergency or next available appointment, the dentist can then administer some pain relief and a medicated dressing into the socket. As well as some antibiotics for preventing further infection.

In the meantime go to your local chemist, you may be able to find some eugenol oil (oil of cloves) that you can use to relieve some of the pain until you see your dentist.  It's the only thing you can do in the meantime to relieve the pain.
