baby dramas

So my bf and I have been together for 2 years and we talk about babies together A LOT. I thought we were on the same page as wanting to TTC but when I bring it up he hangs up, or starts arguing or tells me it's not a good time to talk about it? Help? How do I approach it without him feeling pressured about it?
