eating and sleeping

For a little over a month I've had trouble eating. I have little to no appetite and when I eat I eat as little as possible. I would eat more if I could but I get full extremely fast. And then for the past couple days I've also had trouble sleeping. I'll go to bed at a decentish time like 10 and wake up at 3 in the morning and not be able to sleep at all after that (p.s. I happen to be writing this at 4 in the morning). I've read a lot online saying it's probably stress related but I'm not stressed over anything really other than this very problem. I've also been told that my eating problem is because of my eating habit/schedule but I have never eaten this little in my life.. Infact I usually eat quite a bit. So could anyone please help? Thanks
