Birth control and antibiotics?

Okay, I'm obviously super paranoid since this is my second post. I had unprotected sex and my partner came in me. I am on the pill and have been for a couple years, but I missed one at the beginning of the month but that seems to be okay according to most people because I've been taking it regularly for atleast 2 weeks and I'll start my period this week and

I have been taking multiple diff antibiotics (for acne) and birth control for 5 years while sexually active. Never used a back up. Never was late on my period. I'd ask your dr or pharmacist if you are concerned about the effectiveness.

And my thing on here only said 3% risk without bc. But now I'm informed that antibiotics contradict bc and I take them daily also, except this past week. So would it still make my birth control ineffective or is it out of my system? I'm going to buy the morning after today, I'm just curious.
