I chose omnivore. But how does one 'believe' in a diet?

I believe in eating what you want as long as you're getting what you need out of the food you're eating that's all I care about. Just don't make me feel bad for eating what I want.

Paleo all the way. But you know paleo and omnivore aren't mutually exclusive. You can eat meat on paleo

Paleo is the caveman diet and so meat is one of the staple proteins on the paleo diet. I don't know if people have ever heard of it but this poll could make one assume that paleo is anti meat which it most definitely is not!

I'm a vegetarian, and have been for nearly 20 years. I wouldn't say I objectively "believe in" it though, I just believe it's right for me.
