Questions for vegetarians and vegans
I'll be 14 weeks tomorrow and meat makes me sick. Please no hate. What do you guys do for protein? I'm just wondering becuase I've lost close to 30 pounds becuase I'm not eating and the lack of protein has made me very very tired and I can have that. I have a 6 year old daughter.
