Who else hates their mother in law?

mine hates me because she thinks im an alcoholic and she talks shit behind my back to everyone. she is Mexican so .... she barely says hi now...😭i wish i got along with her but she speaks Spanish and doesnt want me around i guess.i speak alittle Spanish but not frequently, im biiliguel.  so me and my boyfriend moved in together because of her, so now she wont see us or see her grandchildren someday ... anybody else have problems with their mother in law that would like to share...😰🐥.

Yes! My mother in law is constantly trying to run our lives! She even got mad at me for not being on birth control as if she were in charge of my body! (She says things like "well go to the doctors tomorrow to get some"))She also gets mad when i visit my mom because of her resentment toward her! That's my mom, bitch!! I hate this woman...

Meaning she probably doesn't speak English.. If you read it correctly she says something about her not knowing much Spanish... So it's hard for her to even try to get along. Not many Spanish mothers know English...

I use to have the same problem. I couldn't stand my ex's mom and I always thought her relationship with him was creepy. Yeah he's a mamas boy but sometimes it just went to far. But she was always saying rude things about my family and she had never met them.. She would talk shit because my dad was president of a club and the news always lied about him. She always refused to meet my parents. She always had something bad to say about my whole family. Even before she knew he was part of a club she acted like my mom didn't know how to parent.. How could she know if she never met the lady?

Same thing happened to me. My ex's mom would always talk bad about me. Even when I was working 2 jobs and going to school. She was also really old school Mexican. Don't let it bring you down. My husbands mother actually died when he was a teenager so I don't have one.

my boyfriends step mother HATES me. not sure why though I haven't done anything to her and every time I see her I tell her how nice her house is and that she bakes amazing cakes. I'm an ass kisser but it doesn't seem to work 😂 either way I don't honestly care for her at all.

I have been with my man for 11+ years and me and his mom have always gotten along very well, at least I thought. Until recently I heard from another one of his family members that she talks about me, her grand daughters, and her own son behind our backs. So now I put her on the back burner and now she doesn't see her grand daughters as often as I would let her before. I don't understand why she has the nerve to always say something about others, as if she was some grand ass woman.

And no, I'm not the type of person to listen to hear say unless I have evidence or facts to prove otherwise, and I made sure that I got my facts and evidence before accusing. So eventually I did get proof and facts that she was speaking negatively about my family, which I do not play when it comes to my family, especially my children. So our relationship has not been the same since, but I try to keep it cordial for my children and my fiance. I tend to have 0 tolerance for the BS and so her involvement in my families life is very limited.
