Need help with back!
Ugh...need some advice here. This is my 3rd baby. I'm only 17 weeks and my lower back is killing me! It is the same feeling you get when you've been stopped over too long cleaning a bath tub or gardening etc.
I got a maternity brace and that helps some but not enough to where I can walk without pain.
I need to be able to walk for exercise and my sanity. Ugh!
