How to help my constipated baby...?

FTM here and my 2 and a half weeks old baby girl is struggling with some constipation. She is both breast and formula fed. What can I do to help her? I've been doing some belly massages and moving her legs in bicycle motion but it's not relieving her.

I had the same issue with my little man when we started supplementing with formula. I bought infant probiotics (Amazon, Whole Foods, any health food store) and started putting one dose in his first bottle of the day. He pooped without any struggle after 2 days on the probiotics and hasn't had any issues since! I've been still giving him the probiotics daily because they are good for their gut health and immune system anyway :) just be sure to get infant/baby probiotics, not the ones for adults.

Try Gripe water!!! Momma Bliss makes it. They also have a product for constipation.

Try a dot of karo syrup in a bottle for her it will help or get a q-tip and out a small amount of vasoline on it and stimulate her little butt it will help her go

It could be the formula. I had that with my little girl as well for 1 week I have her similac the blue lid & she was so constipated poor baby &just yesterday I switched her to infamil with the yellow lid & she was able to poop! 👏🏼 could maybe be what your eating as well. I also do both breastfeed & formula so it's tricky to know.
