So I'm struggling ... My baby up to 3 months was sleeping really well would wake up twice to feed and went back to sleep. Ever since the sleep regression which I'm thinking it's gone she keeps waking herself up when changing sleep positions, she used to be swaddled not anymore since she's turning on belly at night... She still feeds around 3-4 times a night I've tried weening her off the boob during the night time but she is not having it she will cry until I feed her. Usually when we go into her too we just place her back on her side and she goes back to sleep but as soon as she moves she wakes up ... I'm trying to sleep train her the no cry method but I'm not sure if I'm doing this right or what I should be doing. Anyone ever go through this? And any tips that might work ? Thanks
