Best tampon brand for sports?

I started using tampons recently and they always end up leaking an hour after I put one in. It probably doesn't help that I'm using light flow when I obviously have regular/heavy. But what tampons are best for very active people and have the least chance of leakage. I use Tampax currently and I don't feel like it's reliable for sports? And since I never really paid attention to how heavy my flow is until now what can I do to prevent leakage? Just go up to a regular size, because I'm not sure I need to use heavy?

I use Tampax pearl super if it's heavy and a panty liner. But that's just for about two days. My first day I cramp so bad I use a maxi pad. The last day or two I use regular and light. I like to buy the multi pack.

Playtex sport and use the regular flow ones it should not leak unless you are using the wrong absorbency or you dont change it often enough

You solved your own problem. Shouldn't be using light ones when you have a heavier flow.

Usually when my flow is medium/heavy I'll wear a regular Tampon and I'll also wear a pad at the same time to catch anything that leaks out while I have a tampon in during my heavy days
