Is this positive or is the line in the wrong spot or is it dye run????? Lord I'm confused!

Ok so I just took a home pregnancy test and this is what I got. I feel like maybe the line is in the wrong spot or something. I said maybe it's just bad dye run so I put like 5 more drops of urine onto it to see if the urine run will change it out the spot. But it stayed! So I'm sure someone out there are way more experienced in taking this type of test. What is going on with this damn test? Please someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
