babies under 12 weeks!! sleep 😴

What time do you put your baby down to sleep for the night and how old are they? I put my 8 week old down between 9pm & 10:30pm depending on when he wants his last feed but I'm being told this is too late? He sleeps between 8-9 hours so he usually wakes up between 6-7am which suits me but I want to do what's best for him. Should I put him to bed earlier? Or is this okay?
