It doesn't really mean anything. Your temp will go up and down still. As long as it stays up over your cover line that's good. But it will always stay high (usually) whether your pregnant or not. What you really need to watch for is a big dip around 12-14 dpo. If you get that it usually means AF is coming.

Temps close to or below coverline after ovulation can indicate low progestrone, not good if TTC. Hopefully it was a one off and the rest stay elevated. 🙂
