First Aid/Medicine Kit for baby...what would you add?

What would you reccomend in building a first aid/medicine box for your new baby? Interested in seeing what kinds of things and brands have been life savers and tried and true for mamas out there :)

I'm a nurse and always get my friends medical necessities for their baby showers. These are things I will usually put in the kit:

Thermometer
Nasal bulb 
Nail clippers
Baby Tylenol
Gripe water 
Baby cold syrup

I was told no actual "medicine" always call your ped first, otherwise safety kits are sold, thermometer. Gripe water (although ped said he prefers a call or visit if there's feeding issues first)
