Healthier eating.

Has anyone else experienced this? I used to eat pretty bad, once a day. And it'd be junk. I'm not used to the breakfast lunch dinner thing or healthy snacks in between. I'm not even hungry, and I'm supposed to be eating. If I eat when hungry it's pretty much once or a few snacks a day, should I still eat lunch even if I haven't eaten since 8 a.m. And aren't hungry?
