I believe my lo started teething around 2 months but the symptoms have just increased the last few days (he's 3.5 weeks now). It got to the point where he would keep waking up screaming at night and his little hand mittens would be drenched in drool and he couldn't get any relief so my husband got some of hylands teething gel.. I was apprehensive but we tried it last night and it was the first night he slept well for a long time. I'm just confused on if its OK to use the gel, tablets, tylonal till the tooth comes in.... Especially if it takes a few weeks or months for it to actually cut through... (I can feel the hardness of his top two, his canines, and he has two bumps down on his front bottom two)
