Is there a special word or phrase for aomething where you work? My dad is a police officer and calls old people in cars q-tips because of their white hair and he says others do it too. We used to breed german Shepards and my friend and I said "_dogs name_ hid the toys" when we had a customers dog mate with a healthier dog that wasn't what they wanted. People will seriously try to bring in dogs who are blood related and expect you to agree to it.
