Crazy Wedding

So I was a maid of honor this past week to s friend! To be honest me and her are friends but we are not best friends! Initially this friend of mine had her brother girlfriend as a maid of honor but they fall apart over some family issue and she asked me to be her maid of honor I said yes assuming the wedding is in the same state as mine well let's just say it wasn't that info was withheld from me until it is too late to say no but u let it slide since she is paying for the dress and shoes I figure I will pay for my air fair and hotel. My husband didn't want me to be in this wedding party because the bride brother is disrespectful and have issue with the law anyway since I was staying in hotel I didn't care. Here comes the part that really pisses me off. So he Bride asked if she can spend the night before in my hotel so the makeup artist doesn't travel far, the place I was staying is in downtown big city I don't want to mention and 5 star hotel so me being naive and not knowing really deep things I agreed fast forward I got to the city and hotel the day before the wedding and we had rehearsal dinner and me and the bride went to my hotel this whole time I didn't know she has alchole in one of her big laugh age she insist to bring since she will need it he next morning anyway we talked I was so tired and I fall asleep in the mean time she was drinking and mixing it with her bipolar medication. So I get up in the morning she was awake and I said good morning her speech was slur. I went to check because she was trying to go to the shower and she fall i got her up and took her to bed I looked to a side what do I see big bottle of wine empty with adderall. I pranked but didn't show it I called her mother told her the situation she was on the way in the mean time I am monitoring her puls and blood pressure checking resp long story short this woman had took 10 adderall pill with 1 full bottle of wine. I never see her abuse alcohol or drugs before so I was puzzled I asked her if she is been dealing with this for a while she said yes what pissed me iDisk the fact her family knew about all this and didn't give me heads up to be carful. She used to be a nurse not anymore. I was really upset that I almost lost a friend and I am not gonna lie also for being put in this situation without no warning. I haven't spoken or talk to this friend like for alt least 5 years prior to this wedding. I haven't told my husband about this situation yet because I am afraid he will say I told you so. What do you guys think should I tell him ?
