Could I be pregnant???

I came off my mini pill 6 days ago to start trying and started having unprotected sex straight away. In the past, when taking my pill regularly, if I missed a single one I would come on my period STRAIGHT away. But I haven't this time around.. I'm getting cramps and have some spotting. Should I take a test or is it impossible for it to happen this soon??

Sounds unlikely you would get a positive test so soon. You'd have had to ovulate like right that second, implant earlier than the usual 6-12 days, and then your hcg would have to start doubling which takes 2-3 days. So, while I'm sure it's happened to someone somewhere, it sounds like it would have to be the perfect storm to get a positive test today. I'd wait a few more days.
