Are 3D crest whitening strips safe? Are they safe for your teeth?

I've been using them for about three years and my teeth are perfect. Perfectly safe! Although sometimes when I'm wearing them I get these stabbing pains in my gums but that's normal if you brush your teeth first and then apply them. So if you decide to use them, don't brush your teeth before applying whitening strips! Just do it after :)

They are very intense. I would wake up in the middle of the night from pain for a day or two after using them. I now use a whitening pre brush rinse and a whitening toothpaste and don't have any pain and my teeth are suuper white and sparkly. You could try the strips, but if you have sensitive teeth at all try something else.

They are very strong. I recommend some natural charcoal products or a whitening treatment from a spa or your dentist. I have tried the whitening strips like 4 times and every time I was in bery bad pain in my teeth and gums for 2 days after. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
