Maybe tmi no pic

I'm 39 weeks and have been having painful period like cramps. As of yesterday I'm not dilated any and my cervix is starting to soften. I've been constipated just about my whole pregnancy and now I can't quit using the bathroom and I'm having these pains in my vagina, stomach and back! I've also been like super irritable today and been crying lol. Does this mean it could be labor??
