9 week ultrasound!

Had my second ultrasound today at 9 weeks 1 day and baby seems to be doing fine. I could even see the feet. Was getting worried since the only pregnancy symptom I have is being tired and I've lost 10 pounds. Doctor says I can find out the sex next week!
