Have you experienced this?

So I am 7 weeks pregnant with our rainbow baby 🌈💜💙💚 and cautiously optimistic. I'm a bit worried, but my dr. Doesn't seem to be... So I'm trying to remain calm. Earlier this week I noticed I had some v light brown spotting (only while wiping). I was also simultaneously having some mild cramps. All in all, both were very mild, but I was traveling across the country for work the following day so decided to go to the ER. We had a US, which dated me at 6 weeks 3 days. Heartbeat of 98 bPM with early fetal pole detection. My HCG levels were around 47000. Cervix closed. Diagnosed with threatened miscarriage and advised to go see my OB. They told me I could come in and just move my first appt up, which is scheduled for sept 19. We intentionally scheduled on the late end because I ovulate late so the dating seems off. My dr said there was no reason to retest my levels because the baby was in the uterus and had a readable heartbeat. Seriously, they are cool as a cucumber. They advised I could absolutely come in but the ER findings were actually very positive. Anyone have anything similar? Should I be worried? Do my numbers seem okay??
