What's wrong with my one month old ?

Hes fed, burped, changed diaper, everything I can think of is done but won't stop being fussy or crying i hold him he still cries also he won't take a pacifier 
Someone please help im a FTM

He could have colic, but I don't know. Try seeing if a car ride will calm him down.

Unfortunately it's sometimes hard to tell and you just have to rotate through stuff until you find what works. Feed, paci, walk, bounce, go in a dark room and turn on white noise and shush or bounce, go for a walk outside, put baby in a baby carrier, car ride. Take off all baby's clothes to make sure they aren't sensitive to the fabric and there's no tags or anything itching or pinching them. Rub baby's legs and arms to see if they have an itch or cramp. If your baby is overtired it could cause this. If it's something that happens regularly long term it could be a medical issue like reflux or ear infections. Sometimes you won't be able to find what works and it's just good to be there for your baby even though you can't fix it. If it happens quite often though I'd try to problem solve with your doctor.

Sometimes babies go thru the phase where they just cry.. It'll be alright mom I see you said u checked the baby temp and all that so that's the only thing I can think of Good luck

He could be getting sick, he could be overtired, he might just have a tummy ache and need to poo.

Lay him down let him cry for 5 minutes or so. If he doesn't fall asleep it's just a guessing and waiting game. 
Does he feel like he's got a temperature? 
If he's still like this tomorrow, & fuses all night bring him into the doctors.
