Previous abortions affecting future pregnancies

I know this is definitely a controversial topic and I'm not looking for any criticism please. Just real answers and/or advice. Has anyone had or know people that have had previous abortions and gone on to have successful pregnancies in the future? have had 3 abortions (2 surgical and 1 medical) I truly truly regret all of them, but I was young and stupid and am now older, married and ready to have a baby. I have read a lot on the subject and I know it doesn't affect your chances of conceiving unless you had complications, but I have read a few articles about that possibly effecting future pregnancy by having pre-term labor or low birth weight. It's got me so scared that now I won't be able to carry a pregnancy to term. My husband and I are currently ttc and any advice or information would be really great. Thank you.
