Inside of wrist is better. In my opinion. Only because it's such sensitive skin that even the slightest too hot of water will burn us there. Our mouths are used to having hot liquid/food on it and almost becomes immune to it. But that's my opinion. 😊

I personally dont i figure if it really warm or really cold  then it shouldnt be in my babys mouth
