Sick while breastfeeding

I'm wondering how many of you have been sick while breastfeeding and if you passed it onto your baby or not? I have a sinus infection that's moving down into my chest now. My 4 month old sounded a little stuffy earlier so I'm a little worried. I exclusively pump so he gets 1 formula a day so he's not exactly exclusively breastfed.
