I'm going to have my first baby in the next couple weeks, and my husband asked if I wanted to get my tubes tied. When we first got married, we planned to have at least three kids, but as it turns out, pregnancy is really hard on my body and might be dangerous for me to do more than this time. So we have decided that we would be okay if we can only have this one baby and maybe foster or adopt later. But I just don't know how to make such a huge decision, especially with the commandment to make families. How do I know when Heavenly Father wants me to keep going or when He is satisfied with the family we've created and is okay if we stop?
