Mc and trying again

Hey I had a mc at 12.5 wks and that was 3.5 months ago and we pretty much started trying again start away but I can't get baby of the brain and everyone I've spoken to says to stop thinking about babies as its only not gonna happen but I can't as my best friends pregnant and there's babies everywhere around me will it happen even tho I keep thinking things over and over We so desperately want our family to start but it doesn't seem to be a happening thing
