HELP!!!

Me and my SO live an hour away and he's starting to get a bit depressed because he can't see me as much as he'd to, he's currently in a situation where he's paying for most of the bills in the house and he's not on the lease for the house and if he goes the people that are on the lease will lose the house because they don't have jobs, they live off Centrelink, there's 4 other people in the house and they can never afford their part and he's always paying most of it, I'm currently still in school, I haven't got my licence, he's on his Green P's and can go on his opens when he wants to go on it, I'm looking for places for him to live closer to me because I currently can't move, 1. I don't have the money, 2. I need to complete my studies before I can go anywhere. I'm currently trying to get 2 jobs and his house mates are telling him that we should go our seperate ways and stay really close friends but if we do I don't want to find someone else or for him to be even more depressed, i want him to be happy and he is he love of my life and I hate seeing him like this and I've also noticed hat ever since he's moved into this house he hasn't been as happy, he's been really moody, hey keep him up until 3-4am and he won't wake up until 2pm, he just isn't himself and my parents don't agree to me being with him.. I badly need help or ideas on what to do, this man is my world and I cannot bare to see him like this 😞 please to anyone and everyone reading this please please Pleaseee help!!! 😭
