one month old Breastfeeding

Okay so my almost one month old is am awesome eater always has been so for the last two weeks we were guaranteed a five hour stretch at night between feedings it was like clock work , even 7 hour stretch some nights but today I swear he has wanted to eat every hour since 1pm and I just don't know why ?! Like is he not getting enough milk from me now ?? I wanna give him what he needs and not go crazy !! So exhausted! Just fed for another 45 minutes :/
