Need help!!

Does this look like it could be implantion bleeding? I'm 4 days early, light bleeding. I haven't craved chocolate or been in pain with my back or stomach like I usually do and I'm normal always on time. I feel sick and very tired, especially after I've had something to eat, I feel really nausau and sick. I've always been have like twitchy feeling in the middle of my stomach that happened twice for about 3-seconds, felt like someone poked me with a stick. Is it possible that I could be pregnant? Please help me ladies, thanks
