I feel like sex education failed me. Or maybe I slept through class? FAM  as an effective, natural birth control method just blows my mind! I hadn't heard of it until I started using this app, which is crazy. I'm a little angry that I've been so out of the loop, I feel like a bit of an idiot. I'm still trying to wrap my head around this concept of non-fertile days. Anyways, just wanted to share that I'm learning more and more every time I use this app!
