Thursday morning I had so much pain under my right rib I couldn't sleep and my husband and I went to the hospital. 35 weeks and one day. In labor and delivery triage they diagnosed us with severe preeclampsia and started an induction with a folly catheter. By the next morning we were at 3cm and started pitocin. After 24 hours on pitocin we are at 4.5 and nothing so they are stopping induction. Now I'm like NOW what? 😖 I trust my doctors here but I have had the grandparents all running around like crazy all weekend getting things ready and she's not coming😖. I know it's better for her but I also don't want to go on maternity leave early and miss time with her when she's actually here..😣 it's just been a long long couple of days. Emotions are all over the place and I just really want my little girl now! I feel like it's a big tease.
