So I’ve always had terrible period pain on just the first day, sometimes the second day too but over the course of two years I’ve noticed that they have gotten out of control. I literally sit in the bathtub, with scorching hot water, for hours because heating pads just don’t cut it. Pills don’t work (advil, tylenol, aproxin, ect...) and I get dizzy, nauseous and lose my appetite.
