I found this today at home in a old box does it look like cz or diamonds ? What year does it look like it was made in ? Really confused about when I would have even gotten this honestly

Take it to a jewelry store they can tell cz or real and possinly the year it was made

The lighting is terrible to try and tell if it's real or cz or some other stone. Take it to a jeweler. As far as age, rings in this style have been made for years. Could be newer or could be an "antique." If they're real diamonds they'll have a serial number the jeweler can find and look up the year they were set, etc.
