2 days of spotting after 4 months no AF?
Haven't had a period in about 4-5 months, negative urine and Dr says hormones are all normal levels. Finally started light spotting, but it only lasted 2 days :/ Not having any of my usual pms and no cramping at all, just nausea on and off. Could endometriosis or pcos cause this?
