If you have oily skin try lye soap. Not the scented kind. But the old fashioned kind. It smells kinda weird but I used to do civil war reenactments and it would get super hot in all of the dress layers. So I broke out a lot from sweating not just on my face but my shoulders and back too. Lye soap takes the oil out of your skin and cleared my face up in less than a week!

My daughter had horrible acne we tried everything...Proactiv, prescriptions, birth control everything. The winning solution was coconut oil, baking soda and tea tree oil. Started using this and her face is clearer than it has been in years. I started using it and have completely stopped using moisturizer during the day, light spf cream is all I use.

If YOU want to go to the doctor for it then go! YOURE the only one living with it with your emotions. Someone else may say oh it's not that bad I've seen worse but maybe it's the worst it's been on your face and you're uncomfortable with it. If going to the doctor will make you feel better then go because you're in control of your life and you should never have to live being uncomfortable with your body.
