weird dream

Last night I had a dream that I took a first response and it came back positive so then I went and got me a digital one and the result said "pregnant, get blood work" that's so weird! Has anyone dreamt of positive test and got a real positive result days, weeks, months after? I do believe in dreams actually happening (well at least the ones that I've remembered)
