TMI WARNING: what is this?

What is this? I've been cramping really bad for about a week and I never get crapms on my period and my period isn't due at the moment. I'm still a virgin so I know it's not a symptom of something bad like an STI. And last night when I was out with my friends I went pee and my urine was orange. I'm not exaggerating at all when I say it was dark orange. I think it might be a urinary tract infection but just to be safe I came on here to see what other people think it might be. Edit: I was just really dehydrated I've been drinking more water and now everything's starting to go normal thank you guys for all your help though its appriciated! 💜
