took plan b and now ovary hurts ?

I took plan b Monday morning because of potiental failure of my birth control. So I took it because there might of been a chance my birth control didn't work because of antibiotics I took. Yesterday, I took of my birth control so I'm suppose to get my period Tuesday like I always do. However my right ovary hurts, I went to the bathroom this morning thinking it was my period. However it was just clear discharge. Should I be worried ? My ovary usually hurts before my period but I don't know the crazy amount of clear discharge I'm having is throwing me off and I haven't had any crazy kind of side effect from plan b.
