1st time parents

How are all of the first time parents doing? Our boy/girl twins are 4 weeks old today! I definitely had a mini meltdown this morning. After a night of almost no sleep, my wife left for work and they both started wailing! It was like nothing I did could soothe them. Any tips on how to cope with the insanity when you're outnumbered??
