In the first trimester there's a high risk of miscarriage and pretty much anything can happen. However pooping will not cause one. However pregnant or not especially pregnant, pooping shouldn't be a struggle. Constipation is horrible for you, especially pregnant. Hopefully you're just curious and not pregnant at 14. But either way if you are struggling to go to the bathroom you should see a doctor and see if there's an underlying issue causing it. Whether your missing something in your diet, or have an undiagnosed illness, or just need a little extra help by taking miralax or something like it
