So I'm 38 weeks pregnant with my first babyboy. Through my whole pregnancy I did not get sick once until now. I'm assuming its a common cold because it started with my tonsoles hurting 2 days ago and now my body is aching, I feel weak, runny nose and as if I have a fever. Its Sunday and the doctors office is closed. I was wondering if its safe to take Tylenol or aleve or anything to make me feel better. I also hope no harm to the baby is being done. Help anyone ????
