Ok so I know that having a congested nose is common during pregnancy. I usually get it every other night & it goes away, But this time it came with an headache... It has been two days and I have had no relief my stuffy nose has cleared up but this headache is still lingering. I've used essential oils (peppermint & past tense) Doterra brand. It helped but didn't last long when usually it works miracles! Please share any advice to get rid of this headache.. I ate, I'm fully hydrated, etc. (Usually headaches can be a sign of dehydration when pregnant - My midwife advice) I am BUMMED Help Please!
