I NEED HELP QUICK

Guys, I stopped talking the pill on the 23rd of August due to having the implant fitted that day but the doctor said I'd have a period and then I'll be protected but I'm yet to have a period and don't know what's happening or what to do. I've had spotting these past few days but nothing like I've had in the past with periods because they're usually quite heavy. Help?
