+ opk and + hcg?

I'm on day 70 of this cycle, have no idea what's going on. I took a opk and pregnancy test a couple days ago at the same time. They both looked positive to me. Do you get a + opk when you are pregnant? Not sure if I trust either result to be honest! I don't feel pregnant...

OPKs register positive when they detect HCG because they can't tell the difference. If they pick up LH or HCG, it will be positive. You're pregnant!
