Help what do I take?

I've been miserable all day and had a hard time sleeping last night. I've got sinus pressure and sore throat, ear ache and some mucus. I think its post Nasal drip from allergies. I lost my medicine paper from the doctor. I'll be 26 weeks Tuesday.

I took Tylenol i had the exact same thing your describing. I also put cotton balls in my ears and rubbed Vicks all over my chest and behind my ear. Hot tea and honey is all I drank and I made homemade chicken soup I feel like those things helped a little. You just got to ride out the sickness it sucks so bad . I Hope you feel better 💕

When I had a cold, I bought a netti pot since so many medications are no nos. it helped so much!

I've had the same problem!! But mine turned into a cold. I started with Claritin then turned to mucinex and Tylenol.

Tylenol is what the doctor told me to take & to lay down with a cold wash rag for any headaches or discomfort.
