IUD cramps

I got my IUD (paragard) put in just a week and three days ago. The cramping has definitely lessened--a lot in part to ibuprofen, heating pads, and of course time--but I was just wondering when these cramps will subside. My doctor who put it in said she often cramps for three weeks after its placed, and I'm not bleeding or hunched over in pain so I'm not super worried about it being displaced. I'm just wondering what other people's experiences were 😊 any advise or wisdom is welcome!
